After the material is crushed by the jaw crusher, it is sent to the storage bin by the bucket elevator, and the material is evenly and continuously sent to the host through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding. The ground powder is blown to the powder selection by the blower. The machine is sorted, and the fine powder after sorting is sent to the storage bin by the pipeline, and then the output is the finished product through the discharge valve. During the whole process of the production line, the air pressure is negative. First, the air blown by the blower is accompanied by the fine powder passing through the pipeline into the cyclone collector at the upper part of the storage silo, and returned to the blower by the return air duct to form air circulation. Secondly, the lower end of the powder collector is equipped with a powder locker, which functions to isolate the external positive pressure gas from the negative pressure gas of the dust collector, which greatly increases the output. Once again, the air and dust remaining at the bottom of the main unit are sent to the bag filter through the pipeline for filtration, and dust and other impurities are adsorbed by the bag filter to effectively protect the environment.
